Princess Ariadne was the daughter of the Emperor Leo of Constantinople. She accused the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Tegan of stealing the Crown of Byzantium and put them in the dungeons, but the crown had been stolen by her son Prince Leo. (PROSE: Goths and Robbers)
