Arcan leisure crawler

A first-generation Arcan leisure crawler was spotted in Earth's atmosphere above Cardigan Bay, Wales. It was filmed by some people on mobile phones, bringing the matter to Torchwood Three's attention. Jack Harkness, head of Torchwood at the time, referred to it as a collector's item, and noted their rarity. Jack told Toshiko Sato to send them a polite message: "Great to see you, but can you please get the hell out of our atmosphere; you're spooking the locals." (TV: Cyberwoman)
