Britannia Housing Council was a council which oversaw Wester Drumlins. Elouise Han worked there.
Larry Nightingale approached the Britannia Housing Council, submitting a total of three reports concerning the Wester Drumlins estate. Having investigated each report, the council found no evidence of wrongdoing. It encouraged Larry to take up any concerns with the property owner directly.
