Destroy the Time Vortex (and by extension, the universe), and have the Time Lords ascend into a state of pure conciousness. Actually, scratch that, Dreamland shouldn't be there at all, and neither should the Planet of the Ood, or the Next Doctor. Should Rassilon's Final Solution even be an Arc?
