Christmas Surprise was a flavour of ice cream provided by Millingdale. According to the "Our Flavours" page of their website, was a "popular choice", being turkey ice cream with a "generous helping" of satsuma segments. Despite this popularity, it was seemingly replaced by Henrik's Surprise in later versions of the website. (PROSE: Our Flavours)
