CroSSScape was a non-corporeal being that was quite religious. He told Joseph and Jason Kane about a time factory that regressed planets before there was a natural disaster. It was during one of these events on Cerebus Iera where he found Bernice Summerfield's diary which made Jason think Benny could be found there. He tried to convert and change Benny to fit his cause.
