The Cybermen spaceship was a spaceship within which 4 Cybermen resided, with one standing mostly still, one walking left and right, one making small movements, and one that was particularly aggressive towards non-converted humans.
After verifying that it hadn't materialised in the Zygon cave, Little Miss Dee checked the Cybermen spaceship for the TARDIS, as she had heard it materialise somewhere. Again, the TARDIS wasn't there because "only Cybermen lived there". One of the Cybermen shouted "DELETE", causing Dee to 'run away as fast as she could'.
