Delia Smith's Cookery Course was the revamped version of Dr Who featuring the Doctor after the Beeb changed its name to something less identifiable with scalpels. This course of action was neccesary after the "obvious danger" to viewers was realised from when Ninja Turtles was changed into Hero Turtles.
