The thirty-seventh instalment of Doctor Who? was printed in DWM 100 with a cover date of May 1985.

A "what if" scenario reveals three new alternative incarnations of the Doctor played by Oliver Reed, Sylvester Stallone and Ronald Reagan.

- The Oliver Reed Doctor defeats his enemies by drinking them under the table. Afterwards, he belches.
- The Sylvester Stallone Doctor fights a Cyberman while saying, "Dis is too easy. De punk's gotta glass jaw."
- The Ronald Reagan Doctor has just regenerated his hair and plans to regenerate the rest of his body.

- This was the second story in the Doctor Who? series to be a Multi-Doctor story and the first to use incarnations that were specifically created for it.
- This story was reprinted and colourised in DW84 22, along with DWM 101's instalment. They were both printed as they originally appeared, in black-and-white, when included within It's Even Bigger on the Inside.
- This story was originally marked up by Dicky Howett for publication in DWM 96.
