30 Celestial Toymaker The Celestial Toymaker, who originated from outside outside of space and time, lives forever in a strange world outside of the known universe, challenging people to childish and sometimes fatal games; if they lose, they become trapped in the Toymaker's world as toys for the rest of time. Worse still, the Toymaker is willing to cheat and lie as he does not like to lose.
The Celestial Toymaker once played games with the First Doctor and his companions, Dodo and Steven, such as deadly musical chairs and electrified hopscotch.
