Dreams and Fantasy is a BBC documentary about the making of the Doctor Who serial The Invisible Enemy. It focuses on the difficulty of the model work to produce the scenes required and is comprised of interviews with cast and crew. It was released on the DVD of the serial.

The cast and crew recall the making of this story and even take the original K-9 for walkies. With actors Louise Jameson and John Leeson, director Derrick Goodwin, co-writer Bob Baker, visual effects designers Tony Harding and Mat Irvine, K-9 operator Nigel Brackley, and journalist Gary Gillatt.
