Drin was one of the members of the Order of the Black Sun who travelled thirty thousand years into the past to attack Gallifrey, alongside Faru-Faro and Llorex. After Drin told Faru that Rema-Du had killed Llorex, Faru-Faro responded that it didn't matter their operation was complete. (COMIC: 4-D War) Drin later took over Merlin the Wise's place on the Higher Evolutionary council after the Time Lords made peace with the Order. (COMIC: The Final Chapter)
