Ewan McAllister was Deputy Secretary for the Scottish Parliament. He was killed by the Slitheen family and his skin was used as a suit for a member of the family, who was killed when the missile UGM-84A was shot at 10 Downing Street by Mickey Smith. (TV: World War Three)
