The title sequence of Richard Griffiths's Eighth Doctor in PROSE: What If?.

The uploader of this image tried to make it hit the 420px width minimum, but was unsuccessful. The image is either of insufficient natural resolution, the subject is simply too small in the frame, or the frame itself has a small aspect ratio.
