Regarding Previous File Deletion

It is my understanding that the primary reason that this file was previously deleted from the wiki is that its size was over 100 kB, a rule from T:ICC that no longer applied to images on this wiki. Thus, it should now be allowed under the new image rules. I further understand that, due to the image's blurriness, it should be replaced with the same shot from the Blu-Ray edition of the same serial when possible, but that this version may remain until then. I did my best to update Tardis:Image use policy and the like; there are a lot of these. Please point me to whatever policy page where the old rule is still listed and I'll correct the outdated claim! (Or indeed, you could do the obvious thing and correct it yourself.)

The new rule is certainly listd on at least one of the policy pages: the sixth row of Help:Image cheat card now states "only .jpg or .png for photographs, telesnaps, and comic images". Scrooge MacDuck ⊕ 07:36, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
