Geo-forming was a process in which a planet was restructured.
Developed by the Daleks, the process made use of tectonic probes and usually resulted in the extinction of indigenous life. Much faster than terraforming, the Daleks used geo-forming on a number of Border Worlds for the construction of vast healing zones. (AUDIO: The Survivors)
