Sugarpea

Sugarpea (formerly known as the Baroness Hellyer) was a Loam politician.

While she was prime minister, she took out a loan from the Krib and used her planet as collateral. When she defaulted, they sent High Goliax robots to clear away everything so the planet could be sold. To save Loam, she used the Odious Debt part of the contract. Making the new Prime Minister resign and becoming dictator converted the debt to her personally. She then had Brassneck kill her, since the punishment for what she had done was death.
