Drakirid of the Bureau of Ancient Records introduces a collection of myths from the Dark Time to a Time Lord audience. Drakirid ruminates on a mysterious figure who shows up in many of these myths, speculating that this figure may have been a Time Lord wandering in Time Lord history.
