Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Hunting stolen plans[[edit] | [edit source]]

In an account dated to January 1965, he and fellow agent Tesland were to rendezvous with Captain Blacker, who had collected the plans for a nuclear device with the potential to endanger the entire world, on his yacht off the coast of Monte Carlo, so that Blacker could hand them over to him and Bondson while maintaining cover. However, as Bondson and Tesland approached in a ship, they witnessed the explosion of Blacker's yacht. Believing that Blacker could be trapped at the bottom of the ocean as well as noting the urgency to obtain the plans, Bondson donned diving equipment to investigate the wreckage. He found that Blacker had been shot five times prior to the blast with a gun of unusual calibre and that the plans to the device had been stolen.

Bondson called International Rescue for help in recovering the plans due to their advanced technology and, despite being told by John Tracy that the organisation didn't involve itself in politics or police work, was informed that an agent would contact him soon. This agent was Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward who instructed him to go to a clearing in the Forest of Digne at midnight. Bondson reluctantly agreed and subsequently explained the situation to Penelope in his car at gunpoint while she remained incognito by forcing him not to turn his head. Being told that International Rescue was his only hope, Penelope then left with a promise of further contact at a later date. The organisation was ultimately successful in retrieving the plans and catching the culprits, a gang led by Carl. Bondson once again travelled from his hotel to the Digne Forest where he thanked an unseen Lady Penelope for her help on behalf of his chiefs. (TV: The Man from MI.5)

Uncovering a spy[[edit] | [edit source]]

In an account dated instead to 2066, Bondson posed as a waiter while Lady Penelope had a luncheon appointment with Mr Andershill of Century 21 Film Productions regarding the possibility of her starring in one of their films. Although she had initially declined the offer and was preparing to do so again, Bondson passed her a note which read "Need your help. Take the job." which prompted her to tell Andershill that she had changed her mind on the matter and would be honoured to work with him. Once the meeting was finished, Penelope and Parker rode away in FAB 1 but it was not long before Bondson attracted their attention with some erratic driving. He led them to a secluded place where Colonel Thomas, the head of the British Secret Service, was waiting who explained to Penelope that her co-star in the film was to be Paul Carson, a suspected Bereznik spy, and that they wanted her to get close to him and either confirm or deny their intelligence. Carson, who eventually revealed his treachery to Penelope, was ultimately killed in a car crash following a chase involving herself and Parker. (COMIC: Desert Drama)
