The Twelfth Doctor in Time for Toots.

Toots is one of the titular "Bash Street Kids" in the comic strip The Bash Street Kids, published in The Beano, and later appeared in a small spinoff strip, Time for Toots. In this strip, she was once depicted encountering the Twelfth Doctor, who suggested that she become his companion. She turned the offer down, as she believed she was better at making people run away and scream, rather than doing it herself.
