Katz Makrif's grandfather

Katz's grandfather was an inhabitant of Karfel when the Third Doctor visited the planet with Jo Grant. He was given a locket with Jo's picture in it by the Doctor, which eventually came into the possession of his granddaughter. (TV: Timelash)
