An alien creature visited Salzburg on the eve of St Nicholas's Day.
He believed that the Krampus was real and was sure that, dressed up as Krampus, he would be able to eat three or four children.
The Fifth Doctor and Turlough unsuccessfully tried to talk him out of it.
Several local children overheard their conversation and burned the barn with the creature by accident, killing him. (PROSE: Do You Believe in the Krampus?)
