Influence[[edit] | [edit source]]

BBC Dr. Who's planned commitment to educational programming under Sydney Newman belonged to the "Reithian" approach, which continued to be influential long after Reith departed.

Allusions[[edit] | [edit source]]

The BBC Roblox crossover game Wonder Chase was originally published by "Reithers", a group created by user "Reith1922". This was in reference to Lord Reith, who began working for the BBC in 1922.

Upon announcing the game, the group was renamed "The BBC Official". The John Reith-inspired names were presumably used to disguise official BBC involvement.
