Mark Morton was born in 2567 on Velum to a poor mining family. He later want to university of Aequitas. He founded the Velan Peace Party and gained independence from Earth. He was assassinated by an unknown agent on 23rd September 2605. It was believed[by whom?] that Jason Kane was the murderer. (PROSE: On Trial)
