Mike Mercury was the chief test pilot of Supercar.

Mike Mercury is one of the main characters in the Supercar series. Despite characters from the series supposedly having reported to TV Century 21 in Marineville Blackout [+]Loading...["Marineville Blackout (short story)"], the series was set in the 1960s, as opposed to the 2060s, with instalments of the series in TV Century 21 being framed as reports from the TV 21 Time Machine.
