Montague (The Death of Art)
Montague was a toy-maker. He met Charles Dickens in 1845.
Some of the Quoth entered a doll's house Montague had. He was able to use it to enhance his psychic powers and extend his life. The house was taken from him by the Shadow Directory, but he got it back years later. He became head of a group called the Family, whose followers he twisted, believing he was releasing their artistic potential. Finally in 1897 he was shot by Claudette Engadine. Montague was briefly able to psychically stop the bullet. But strained from overuse, the Quoth that Montague had taken into him died. Without their power, the bullet struck him in the head, killing him. (PROSE: The Death of Art)
