In an alternate timeline, a moonbase was used as a military base on the Moon during the era of the Galactic Reich.
Elizabeth Klein often visited the Seventh Doctor there whilst she rewrote history. It was attacked by the Selachian Empire in 2044. (AUDIO: The Architects of History)
