In a short-lived alternative timeline created by a temporal shockwave, Narvin was a farmer on a less technologically advanced version of Gallifrey. In this altered timeline, there were no Time Lords, the Gallifreyans were still fighting the Vampires, and Rassilon was remembered only as a magician of legend.
Narvin owned a farm in Gallifrey’s wilderlands. It was located less than a day’s travel by eqswine from the foothills of Mount Solace. He had lost his workers to a recruitment drive from Romana.
