Madame Rana Zandusia was the leader of the seven sisterhoods of Magnus. She invited Sil to her planet.
She asked the Time Lords to have use of Gallifreyan time travel to stop an invasion from a neighbouring planet, and thought that this should warrant intervention. She wanted Anzor's TARDIS. She managed to enter the Doctor's TARDIS. (AUDIO: Mission to Magnus)
