Relgo-four was a Rhumon Republican, and Draga-three's subordinate. He realised that Nevon-two had included a bomb in the shock collar that Draga-three had put on Victoria Waterfield to make here spy on the Imperials. He tried to stop her, but damaged the controls, giving Victoria repeated shocks. Draga-three deactivated the collar so Victoria would not get killed. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)
