Rulers of Earth was the twelfth and final story in The Paternoster Gang: Heritage, written by Matt Fitton. This was the third story in the audio anthology Heritage 4, and featured Neve McIntosh as Madame Vastra, Catrin Stewart as Jenny Flint and Dan Starkey as Strax.
