ELF Storage
ELF Storage was a storage unit in Manchester. It was owned by Sarah, worked at by Jeff, and visited by Nick, who was its only customer, every New Year's Eve. It had at least eight levels, and did not use access codes due to a lack of money to upgrade. A rival storage unit was located across the street.
According to Sarah, the sign on the front of the building originally read "SELF Storage", but the letter 'S' fell off.
Prohibited items for storage in ELF Storage included stolen or illegal goods, humans, animals, tyres, cash, plants, food, cars, guns, ammunition, and toxic, hazardous, and radioactive materials.
In 2017, Sarah inherited the building from her great-uncle Barry and made it into a business.
On 31 December 2021, the Thirteenth Doctor, Yasmin Khan, and Dan Lewis visited ELF Storage to perform a TARDIS self-reset. A squad of Dalek Executioners also visited that location in an attempt to exterminate the Doctor.

Sarah claimed to a Dalek Executioner that the eighth level contained 'electricals, womenswear, [and] fish tanks.'
The fifth floor of the building stored Jeff's things, including several stuffed animals, holiday goods (which Sarah suspected were stolen), cans of Beef N Beans, a living quarters, and a stash of toxic and combustive materials.
The first floor of the building housed Nick's storage unit, in which he stored items from his ex-girlfriends, including a game of Monopoly.
The basement (referred to by the Dalek Executioners as the 'sub-ground level'), held more of Jeff's things, including fireworks. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
