The SS Batavia was a 20th century Earth steam ship.
A pulse generator onboard, modified by instructions from the Cyber-Planner, allowed it to be translated through time from 1942 to post-solar flare Earth in 500,002. Every time after when there was a storm in its current space-time location, it would translate to the other. Byron found the Eighth Doctor on the ship in 2008. (AUDIO: The Girl Who Never Was)
