Sally Smith was a maid at the Greenstall Tavern.
On 12 February 1897, she spoke to Jack Harkness when he drank at the tavern. Jack mentioned to her having been kicked in the head by a mule three hours earlier. Jack bought her a drink, and told her it was on Ralph.
Sally told Jack that she thought he was handsome, and that he should get his head seen to. Jack told her that "the Doctor" would be able to fix him, to which Sally replied that she didn't trust "those bloody quacks".
