Council of Three: Difference between revisions

The '''Council of Three''' was the ruling body of the [[Kulan]]. The Council was made up of a member from each discipline with the third taken by a priest from the Kulan religious order. The council present in 2001 for the invasion of Earth was relatively new as the old leaders had died with half the invasion fleet on a failed attack on a Chelonian colony.
