Although we do have {{tl|section stub}} and {{tl|section cleanup}}, this idea of having a stub template that tells you why an article is a stub was never actually adopted, and it is now no longer possible. Stub templates now appear outside the page borders in a tiny tag which wouldn't allow for the space to give additional text. However, {{tl|section stub}} is differently-formatted from every other stub template, and it ''could'' be altered to allow for additional text.
