From my first viewing of ''The Rings of Akhaten'', I didn't get much information that seems to bear on the mystery of Clara, although there was more about her family. One possible hint was her suspicion that the TARDIS doesn't like her -- because Clara couldn't get in. That might just be that the doors were locked & Clara didn't know she needed a key.
