'''Dr Kendrick''' was a scientist in the employ of [[John Lumic]] that oversaw the creation of Lumic's new [[prototype]] — [[Cyberman (Pete's World)|Cybermen]]. Kendrick realised this had contravened the [[Bio-Convention]] and said he would take it upon himself to inform [[Geneva]] of the [[cyber-conversion|Ultimate Upgrade]], despite Lumic clearly wanting to keep this project secret. Kendrick still felt the need to blow the whistle after Lumic subtly threatened him. Left with no alternatives, he gave his prototype the order to kill Kendrick, to which it promptly carried out.
