There appears to be at least two editors thinking that Osgood is a companion of the [[Twelfth Doctor]] and at least two (including myself) insisting she is not. :I think she should be considered a one story companion of the twelfth (as she took the role of his companion in the Zygon two-parter). She shouldn't be considered a companion in the Death in Heaven episode though as she didn't travel with the Doctor.
