Hey Elijah! Not sure if you're aware of this, but those categories you're adding to a few TV episodes aren't for stories produced in the 20th or 21st centuries, but are instead for pages like [[1978]] or [[2017]], actual pages about years in the 20th/21st centuries. We've already got more specific categories for stories, like [[:Category:stories released in 1978]] or [[:Category:Stories released in 2017]].
