:: | ::I assume you mean "not all". Well, the space pig was genetically engineered, but that's besides the point. Because the problem isn’t that he’s sapient/bipedal, it’s that he’s not real. Well, none of them are "real", but, you know what I mean, fictional even in-universe. He’s a cartoon character come to life. Can such a being really be called a "pig"? Or does he have more in common with the people of the [[Land of Fiction]] and [[Eugene's World]]? Who, I note, we never call "humans". We don’t call them anything in fact. And we call [[Mona Lisa]] a "painting" as if it’s a species. But this guy, HE gets to be called a "pig". Is a pig still a pig if it isn’t a real pig, is what I’m asking? Is [[Panda]] a [[Panda (species)|Panda]]? I feel this deserved its own thread because it goes across more articles than just this one so I made one.
