::Those are two distinct and contradictory positions. Should their pages be located where their names are at, or where they're most often called? If it's the former, the page is already located there, modulo a dab term. (Sabbath ''is his name'', he's just always addressed with his title as well.) If it's the latter, this has radically counterintuitive implications like the ones I've alluded to. (And if you're getting hung up on Sabbath in particular - since his name is as much adopted is his title is, consider the same argument wrt Vastra or anyone else with a prominent title.)
