You didn't do anything wrong from what I can see. Regarding the IP user, while I agree that I'm getting a bad vibe from them, I don't see anything ''actionable'' in their posts so far — one cannot simply ban someone for being a bit obnoxious and sounding like they ''probably'' have objectionable views that they haven't admitted to. But I'll certainly be keeping a close eye on them; and I'll go over the messages again tomorrow to see if I've missed any smoking guns.
