Rename

Sieur did look familiar: it's the end of Monsieur, which literally means "my lord" in French. So it came as no surprise that Sieur turned out to be an outdated title, not entirely unlike Chevalier. Seeing as both are (though obscure but still) honourifics and given that different stories now use both of them, it seems best to move the page to D'Eon per T:HONOUR (while keeping the redirects).
