Talk:The Angel's Kiss: A Melody Malone Mystery (novel)
Amy intro? Availability outside the UK?[[edit source]]
Doe the digital file include the introduction by Amy featured in the episode? (Edit: according to the Wikipedia article on this release, it doesn't - nor does it apparently contain other material referenced in the episode. So is it actually a novelisation then?). Also, a Twitter message on the BBC Books official feed suggests the file was only available for download in the UK. Can this be confirmed? 70.72.211.35talk to me 13:34, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
- The Angel's Kiss is not the book featured in The Angels Take Manhattan, it is a prequel that leads into the events of both the in-episode book that River writes and the episode itself. It was also not exclusive to the UK, as I am in the US and got it from the US Amazon site. Mewiet ☎ 19:36, October 14, 2012 (UTC)
I have the file, and there is nothing that Amy and the Doctor actually read in the episode. It does lead into it in that it features the angel in the window. Cult Of Skaro ☎ 15:21, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
Is there any release that says there will be a Melody Malone series? And you might want to add the real author's name in this article, if we know it. Also, are these only available online, or at your local bookstores? Thank you. - Justin Richards is already listed as the real world writer in the info box. And like Cult Of Skaro said, it's only available in a digital format as of right now. (Although, a recent tweet from Neil Gardner might be hinting at Alex Kingston doing an audio book recording as well. But that remains to be seen.) Mewiet ☎ 17:30, November 5, 2012 (UTC)
It certainly seems to be available in virtual form only, judging by Amazon's only selling a Kindle edition. Cult_Of_SkaroUser Talk:Cult_Of_Skaro 03:16, October 15, 2012 (UTC)
