The Game of Rassilon can override all other category rules.
The Game of Rassilon depends upon categories to function. The admin staff reserve the right to break any and all category policies in order to make the Game of Rassilon work.
However, it's incumbent upon admin to clearly label those categories which are involved in the Game of Rassilon through use of {{game note}}.
