Timmin
Krau Timmin was Morgus' personal assistant. She had apparently worked for Morgus for a long time, and she had come to hate him like many other people. What Morgus apparently did not realise was that Timmin was privy to all his illegal dealings, and was secretly gathering evidence against him.
After Morgus departed for Androzani Minor, Timmin seized her chance to expose Morgus' actions to the government, and she subsequently became the new chairman of the Sirius Conglomerate. She told the government about all of Morgus' crimes, giving them information about how he'd arranged for the murder of the President, embezzlement and fraud. When Morgus contacted her from Androzani Minor, Timmin expressed her contempt for him, before smugly revealing that he had been branded a wanted criminal. (TV: The Caves of Androzani)
