Tuin was a sentient planet. He showed himself after Hex and Ace's wedding. He looked like Ori and Irit. He created the races. The Seventh Doctor thought that Tuin was a life factor not a god. He punished his inhabitants who escaped to the moons so he manipulated them to war. (AUDIO: The Dark Husband)
