An untitled Cosmic Capers story printed in TV Century 21 around Christmas 1965 contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. A comedic depection of the 2060s Dalek invasion of Earth, it saw Santa Claus battle the Daleks.

While riding his sleigh and making his rounds at Christmas, Santa Claus encounters a group of Daleks. Operating his robotic reindeer, he shoots one of the group. He brings utter destruction, completely obliterating its casing, leading an unseen observer to voice their (obviously mistaken) perception that Santa was "supposed to be a kindly old gentleman".
