It is well-known that FANDOM cautions us against having words for slurs. The current practice already accounts for this — the page for the N-word is at "N*gger". So clearly, the FANDOM policy has not been interpreted as preventing us from writing about slurs, so long as we do not repeat the slurs while doing so.
